Fr. James Aloor served at the schools in Palakkad and Pollachi. He was also the rector of aspirants, at Kozhinjampara, for a while. His kidneys failed in the prime years
of his priesthood, and thereafter he had to undergo freqent dialysis. He endured the sufferings as a true Christian. A well-disciplined religious, agriculture was a hobby for him. He wore a pleasant face even in the midst of extreme pain. In 2000, he passed way at Mannuthy and was buried at Shornur.
